Following each big day we send out a feedback form to our clients, here you will find the comments we receive back, this allows us to make improvements where necessary and give praise where due…of course. This page is regularly updated, so remember to check back!

Hi Lisa,
I'm just emailing to thank you and let you know that we had a wonderful wedding in Zante. The day was perfect, everything we wanted. Francis is the best, she thinks of everything. It all went very smoothly including getting from one boat to another then onto the beach, just what we had imagined!
The reception was lovely even though we organised it ourselves the Greek people are so accommodating, all our guests really enjoyed it and have never been to a wedding like it (they probably never will again!).
I would like to send a thank you card to Francis when I get myself sorted so would like her address or shall I post it to you to pass on? I couldn't remember if you said to drop you an email or call you when we were back so now i've gone through all of my emails I thought I'd let you know how wonderful it was and thank you so much for doing all the paper work and boring stuff that we've not had to worry about!
I will definitley recommend you and Francis to anyone who is willing to listen! I think everyone should just go away and get married.
We have a big party here on saturday and so I get to wear my dress and feel special all over again.
It truly was amazing.

Just back to work today! Everything went brilliantly. We had a ball and the day couldn't have went any better! Everybody really enjoyed themselves and there was no stress or nerves or anything!

The blessing was lovely and both my husband and I had a cry, especially when I read him my own vows. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to renew our vows. You made it an absolutely wonderful experience and Frances was lovely and so helpful; as were the owners of the hotel where we renewed our vows.

First day back in work after an amazing holiday so I thought I would send you a quick email to thank you from both myself and my husband ( Still feels weird calling him that ) for a wonderful magical day that we will never ever forget. Both you and Frances and all her crew in Greece where sp professional from start to finish and I have recommended you to friends that have gotten engaged recently and wish to marry abroad.

Renewing of our vows was far easier than I ever expected. Frances was incredibly kind and helpful in planning the surprise, a genuinely nice person. everybody was polite, friendly and helpful which made the whole day really easy to plan.

I'm so sorry for only getting back to you now, I've been enjoying married life! ha ha. First of all i just want to say thank you so much for everything you did for us to make us have a wedding day to remember. It was everything i could've dreamed of!! When we got over to Zante and met Francis, she was brilliant and any extras i asked for she was only pleased to help. On the actual day, the hairdresser was amazing i started crying when my hair was done because it was exactly how i wanted it and as for my 8 bridesmaids hair, their hair was absolutely gorgeous!! i couldn't of thanked her enough, she was with us for 6 hours!! The gardens were absolutely gorgeous, the photographer was very professional in taking our pictures. The wedding ceremony was short but very meaningful-just how we wanted it. After the ceremony we went in a horse and carriage through the town and everybody came out clapping, while all the other 50 guests were on a coach behind us beeping away!! The reception was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing i'd definitely recommend the Terra Martini having a sit down meal-a fraction of the cost of what it would be in England !! The greek dancers got everybody up and dancing and the the dj was great guests in the hotel came and joined the party! As the sun set we had fireworks, which were amazing!! i really didn't want the night to end. When we got our photographs a few days later, I'm am so happy with them. The black and white ones are gorgeous and i couldn't wait to show everybody who couldn't make it to Zante, the photos. I would definitely recommend having a wedding abroad guaranteed weather and a holiday at the same time. And going through yourself i couldn't of asked for anything more, i really don't know how or why people plan their own weddings, because you did everything asked for and dealt with all the paperwork and when i was over in Zante Francis was amazing aswell, anything i needed she was there for me to tell. I'm really gutted its over now and we were joking saying we are going to renew our vows in a few years just to do it all over again!! All 50 of us had an amazing time and they've all said its the nicest wedding they've been too. I have already been recommending you to my friends or people I've spoke to because the service you supplied was 1st class.

We we're very impressed at the professionalism and speed that our marriage was planned. We would recommend to anyone to use a wedding planner.

We would be delighted if want to use our pictures on your website. We would first of all like to say a big thank you to both your self and Frances , for all your hard work and advice to make our special day just how we both dreamed of. From the moment we arrived on the island and spoke to  Frances , we both knew that everything would run like clock work. We can not speak highly enough about Frances she was so professional and friendly, from start to finish. The weather was perfect, the people so friendly, the meal was the best everyone had eaten since they were on the island. The Greek music was so relaxing and the dancers so full of energy, everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. So once again thanks for everything

Comment - Lesley also mentioned that she would like to have met with us in the UK at least once during the planning of the wedding, this is something we are now working on, we are planning to hold a meet and greet weekend at the beginning of each year were our clients can come and meet us in person and ask any questions they have.

Lisa was excellent. She always responded promptly & thoroughly to all of my emails. Lisa was very informative re plans for the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. Frances was excellent as were her team. She took the stress out of what would otherwise have been a very stressful day. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of marrying abroad.
I was most impressed with the service that was provided, friendly, efficient and I got the impression that nothing was too much hassle, as there was 64 of us!

Sorry, I was off ill all last week, must be allergic to married life!!! We had a fantastic time, sorry I have not been in touch but I will send you some pics.
The place was lovely the weather was gorgeous and the wedding went without a hitch, the only thing me and Paul had to do was find out what people wanted to eat!!! We got a couple of the extras for the day, the giga balloon and an isle to walk down which really finished the overall effect. The flowers were beautiful too, your sister should definitely go with the yellow and white scheme.
I would definitely push the Vardiola restaurant as an actual wedding venue, the scenery was breath taking and the staff so nice, it was so quiet, no other people around, the only down side was the day was a very hot one and they had set up our table on the veranda overlooking the beach BUT the sun was directly on us for the whole meal so it did get quite uncomfortable during this time, typical Brit's I guess but we would have preferred to sit in the shaded area a bit further back!!!
We did the whole journey down to Vardiola on horse and carriage which took about 40 min's but was really nice.
The wedding was fantastic and I have already sent your details to 2 people saying how stress free everything was and that you made our wedding wonderful.
A big thank you, shame I don't plan to do it all again but if I did I would definitely be calling you!!!
