Legal Requirements  

Please use these requirements as a guide only for UK residents, individual requirements will be advised on booking and our unique service means we'll guide you through the paperwork taking care of administration where possible.

The paperwork consists of:

• The birth certificates for both parties (long version preferably)
• Any divorce, widow, change of name or adoption papers (if applicable)
• The originals stated above must be taken to a solicitor to be photocopied by them(usual cost for this is £5 per document). They must stamp with the company's name and sign them with his personal name, certifying that they have been photocopied from the originals. These photocopies must then be sent to me, the cost per document at this time is £27
• Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage for both parties. This must be applied for at your town hall no earlier than 3 months before your wedding date. This is issued to you 21 days later.
• All paperwork copies need to be received by me no later than four weeks prior to the wedding.
